Qualifications:

Must be a full time undergraduate student enrolled in a Nursing or Physician Assistant program.

Students must have at least a 3.0 grade point average.

Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. Completed applications must be returned to the financial aid office by 4 pm deadline date.

Application Deadline is Friday April 18, 2008.
