Five new SHU stars received awards at Seton Hill's annual employee recognition event on May 23, 2008. This year's winners, by "OSCAR" category, are:

Openness: Laura Patterson, associate professor of English and director of the undergraduate writing programs

Service: John Fogle, head women's soccer coach and associate athletic director

Community: Lee McClain, professor of English

Amazing: Carol Billman, director of grants and government support

Respect: Barb Strosko, payroll clerk

All Seton Hill employees and students are eligible to nominate any SHU employee for an OSCAR.
