Qualifications:

Be a sophomore residing in western Pennsylvania.

Graduate of a high school in Butler, New Castle or Kittanning PA.

Must have a declared major in Psychology or Social work and have sophomore status school year 2007-2008.

Maintain a grade point average of 3.2

Demonstrate financial need

Complete an application and include a one-page essay explaining how you are involved in community service.
