International Business Ethics in Asia Topic of 9/25 Seton Hill Lecture by David Iwinski
David Iwinski, Jr. is the CEO and president of Acusis LLC, a 900 + person medical transcription company. Acusis has customers in the United States and a transcriptionist work force and software development team in India. Acusis has its U.S. headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pa., and has recently been named one of the region’s fastest growing companies by the Pittsburgh Business Times. In India, Acusis is based in Bangalore. Prior to joining Acusis, Iwinski worked at Respironics (now Philips Respironics) in Pittsburgh. At Respironics, Iwinski served as general manager in Hong Kong, and then as managing director for China and Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, Iwinski worked for eight years as a lawyer at Daimler-Benz, as a contract negotiator and international commercial coordinator. Iwinski is a member of the Seton Hill University Board of Trustees and also serves as a member of the Farrell Programs for Innovation in Business at Seton Hill Advisory Board.

The Farrell Programs for Innovation in Business help Seton Hill students develop the entrepreneurial skills needed to compete in a rapidly changing world by integrating entrepreneurship, grounded in the liberal arts, into all levels of the University’s academic business and management programs.
