On Friday, July 25, 2008 the offices will close at Noon in order to provide employees the opportunity to attend the picnic early. Employees scheduled to work that day are expected to come to work at their regularly scheduled starting times and work until noon.

The University will pay those employees who are scheduled to work and come to work a full day’s compensation.

Employees who are scheduled to work that day and want to take the entire day off will be required to use a full vacation day in order to be compensated for the day.

The Vice Presidents will be responsible for making arrangements for all special circumstances.

All Day Passes are $14.50/each. Children 2 and under are admitted free. Tickets may be purchased through Human Resources/Payroll beginning May 1, 2008. (1st Floor Administration Building with Student Accounts).

Catered Dinner will be served at 5pm in Pavilion D-1 located behind the Main Stage. If you have a season pass and plan on attending the dinner, please make your dinner reservation with Darlene x4210, Deanna x1139 or Barb x4202.
