Dr. Shirley Campbell, assistant professor and director of the instructional design program at Seton Hill, participated in the State Advocacy Capacity Building Conference hosted by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE®) in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, April 22. A nonprofit membership association, ISTE provides leadership and service to improve teaching, learning, and school leadership by advancing the effective use of technology in PK-12 and teacher education.
