Handbook of Policies & Procedures

The Seton Hill Nutrition and Dietetics Handbook of Policies and Procedures has been developed to familiarize accepted students with the program’s policies and procedures, which all students are required to follow while enrolled in the program. This handbook is not intended to be all-inclusive, but rather, to be used as a supplement to the Seton Hill University’s (SHU) Catalog https://catalog.setonhill.edu/ and other University publications, which contain official policies and procedures.
